\nIndian Govt. has made two law for the NRI Marriage<\/a> one is Special Marriage Act-1954 and another is Hindu Marriage Act 1955. NRI can get the marriage certificate either of one. \n1. Passport Size Photographs – 10 of each of Marrying Persons.
\n2. Residential Proof (Voter Card \/ Passport \/ Ration Card \/ Driving License \/ Bank Passbook \/ Lease Deed \/ Rent Deed) of Marrying Persons.
\n3. Date of Birth Proof (Municipal Corporation Certificate, X th or XII th Examination Certificate, Passport, PAN Card) of Marrying Persons.
\nIf any party is divorcee Certified copy of Decree of Divorce granted by the Court.
\nIf any party is widow \/ widower Death Documents required for the Performance & Registration of court Marriage.<\/p>\n

4. 2-4 witnesses with ID & Address proof along with 2 passport size photographs.<\/p>\n
